Biggest Post-a-Thon Ever!

It's a Post-a-Thon, with possibly the biggest prize ever! We all know the large online game, TPMRPG, well, here's your chance to get a lot of money!

Basically, for every post that is made in the Post-a-Thon, I will add $100,000 to the main jackpot. The Jackpot will start at $20,000,000 - So, here's how to enter...

So, here's how the prizes work:

1st Place - Gets 60% of the jackpot (So if the Jackpot is 100M, then you win 60M)
2nd Place - Gets 30% of the jackpot (So, if the Jackpot is 100M, then you win 30M)
3rd Place - Gets 10% of the jackpot (So, if the Jackpot is 100M, then you win 10M)

Also, here's another catch - For every topic made, I will add $500,000 to the jackpot. The current topic count is "4078" so, whenever the competition ends, we'll check the topic count and add as appropriate.

So, get posting, and get topic making! Also, for those who don't have TPM accounts (Or any interest in the TPM money prizes, I'll give out alternate prizes depending on the amount you would have won)

Lest We Forget

Today, in the UK is rememberance Sunday - A day taken to pay respects to those who have died not just in the First World War, but all of the others too.

Here's an extract from Wikipedia:

"In the United Kingdom, Remembrance Sunday is the second Sunday of November, the Sunday nearest to 11 November (Remembrance Day), which is the anniversary of the end of the hostilities of the First World War at 11 a.m. in 1918.

In the United Kingdom, Remembrance Sunday is marked by ceremonies at local war memorials in most cities, towns and villages, attended by civic dignitaries, ex-servicemen and -women (principally members of the Royal British Legion), members of local armed forces regular and reserve units (Royal Navy and Royal Naval Reserve, Royal Marines and Royal Marines Reserve, Army and Territorial Army, Royal Air Force and Royal Auxiliary Air Force), youth organisations (e.g. Scouts and Guides), and military cadet forces (Air cadets, Army cadets and Sea cadets). What's Yet to Come - Looking Forward

Of course, to my dismay, I've seen extreme inactivity at PokeTown over the last while, however this isn't PokeTown's fault exactly - I've been very inactive myself, getting things sorted, and generally relaxing. I was going through some stress, but I'm over it. I did, however need the time to get away from things though.

Nah, you don't to hear what bad things happened! You want to hear of the good things to come! Alright folks, I've a lot of making-up to do, and I intend to get it right!

So, What's new in PokeTown Version 6.1.0?

Elite Members - Well, it's been a while since I recreated the group, however it's time to start filling those 4 coveted positions. Yes, PokeTown will have an Elite Four once again. However, I've decided to give an original position back to Blaziken Snr. and add a new member to the Elites:

MetallicZ

He's been a great member for way more than a year, and has always been posting good quality posts everywhere. Well deserved, if you ask me.

I've also been thinking of a lot of things for PokeTown. The question is, should PokeTown be a Pokemon Community? I mean, if it's "PokeTown" then we'll never grow much more than a certain amount, as it's aimed at Pokemon Fans. Should we generalise, to globalise?

Also, a note: I'm slightly disappointed with the team leaders. I asked them to contact me on the team competition and they never. Also, the PTrofessional team never answered my message to them either. I'd like them to answer it (Posted in the team forum) or they will be closed.

As the first competition didn't kick off at all, a new competition will be made in place of it.

Also, good news for anyone who likes TPM - I'm going to hold a competition soon, and the prize will be enough money to get them on to the money rankings (Around $125,000,000.00) - Alternatively, you can get some cool PTA's or possibly PokeTown points.

Soviet TPM?

Yeah, I've noticed a lot of "Behind The Scenes" Goings on - It seems that Cless is very Demotion-happy (I think it's a word, like "Ban-Happy" or "Sue-Happy") I'm not sure, but I don't think he's very honest either...

Right, he's always going on about being from a poor background, and all that jazz... Well, a few months ago I offered to pay him $0.15/Referral in a referral system, where he tells everyone about PokeTown and they join up with his name in the box. I say that most people, of course would, as it would "Fund TPM"

Get my drift? Well, he wasn't very willing to do it, and kept telling me to go away. You do the maths, he could've made a nice sum out of it.

On the issue of the Demotion-Happy thing, people just seem to disappear, and randomers seem to just appear out of Nowhere.
